These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the frenvexis.com website and the real estate crowdlending services provided by Frenvexis S.A.S. ("Frenvexis"). By using the site you expressly accept these terms.

1. Provider information

Frenvexis S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71864294-2, registered with the IGJ under No. 12,847 of Book 47 of Simplified Joint-Stock Companies, with registered office at Av. Leandro N. Alem 882, 14th floor, Buenos Aires. Collective Financing Platform registered with the Argentine Securities Commission under No. 41.

2. Object

Frenvexis operates a digital platform that connects investors with real estate projects through the collective financing (crowdlending) mechanism provided for in Law 27,349 and CNV GR 717/2017. Frenvexis is not a party to the investment contracts: it acts as administrator of the system.

3. Requirements to invest

To operate it is necessary to: (i) be of legal age; (ii) reside in Argentina or meet the requirements for non-resident investors; (iii) complete the KYC process (identity and source of funds verification) in accordance with UIF regulations; (iv) accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

4. Risks

Investments in crowdfunding projects entail significant risks, including the total loss of the capital contributed. Published returns are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee. Frenvexis does not provide personalised financial advice: each investor must assess the risks on their own.

5. Fees

Frenvexis charges a success fee on the returns actually distributed to investors and, on certain projects, a structuring fee. All costs are disclosed transparently before each investment.

6. Intellectual property

All the contents of the site (texts, logos, graphics, code, databases) are owned by Frenvexis S.A.S. or its licensors and are protected by Argentine intellectual property laws (Law 11,723). Their reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.

7. User obligations

The user undertakes to: (i) provide truthful information; (ii) not use the platform for unlawful activities; (iii) keep their credentials confidential; (iv) comply with the tax and reporting obligations associated with their investments.

8. Suspension and termination

Frenvexis may suspend or cancel the account of any user who breaches these terms, CNV or UIF regulations, or who provides false information, without prejudice to any legal action that may apply.

9. Limitation of liability

Frenvexis is not liable for: (i) the economic results of the projects; (ii) technical interruptions beyond its control; (iii) investment decisions made by users. Its liability is limited, in all cases, to the operation of the platform in accordance with the applicable regulations.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Argentine law. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that may apply.
